He is survived by: his children, Donna Loomis, Carol Willoughby and Dale Willoughby; his children-in-law, Ralph Loomis and Susan Willoughby; his brother Robert Willoughby; and his sister-in-law Doralee Willoughby. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
