He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert A Fultz and Bessie E. Fultz (Dillard); his former wife Mary Catherine Fultz (Rose); his wife Annette Rose Fultz (Ruley); his siblings, Albert A. Fultz, Texie Anna Russell (Fultz), Richard R. Fultz and Ray C. Fultz; his stepson Todd L. Rose; and his daughter-in-law Stephanie D. Fultz.
He is survived by: his children, William L. Fultz, Barbara J. Jones, Richard D. Fultz and Terri L. Desjardins; and his stepchildren, Howard L. Rose III, Sherrie Rose Cooke, Cindy Salyards Long, Dean Mark Rose and Angie Rose. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
