He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew David Smith and Betty Jean Smith (Judd); his sister Stephanie Smith; and his stepson Dakota LaBrecque. He is survived by: his wife Kelley Smith; his daughter Amber Smith; his siblings, Steven Smith (Sue), James Smith (Darlene) and Debra Knowlton (Andrew); and his grandchildren, Maizy and Isaac Whalen. He is also survived by six nieces; 5 nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
