He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Phillips and Catherine Phillips (Weeks); his wife Shirley Phillips; and his siblings, Raymond, Charlie, Peggy, Susie, Debbie and Elaine.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas L. Phillips, Ronald R. Phillips and Randell S. Phillips; his brothers, Richard Phillips, Ralph Phillips and Mike Phillips; and his friends, Elsie Noyes, Jimmy and Bonnie Davis. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
