It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Candace Willard (Laconia, New Hampshire), born in Concord, New Hampshire, who passed away on June 15, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis Nutter and Elmer Franzen; her daughter Wendy Sue; and her brother Eric Franzen. She is survived by: her husband Israel "Joe" Willard; and her children, Ginger Rossetti (Dave) and Israel Willard III (Linda). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
