The passing of Christopher Sweeney Jr. (Laconia, New Hampshire), born in Cambridge, Massachusetts leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 1, 2025 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher J. Sweeney and Dorothea M. Sweeney (Power); and his sister Dorothea Redmond. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Mooney; his stepchildren, Gregory, Darren Taylor, Elizabeth Dingolo and Lori Kennedy; his stepgrandchildren, Zachary, Erin, Meagan, Tuckerman and Myah; his siblings, Barbara (Robert Kenny) and Robert (Maureen); and his siblings' children, William, John, Anne, David, Kristen, Carolyn, Timothy and Meredith.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Tardif Park (51 Crescent St, Laconia, NH 03246).
