He was predeceased by: his mother Claude "Sunny" Burton Patten II (Leonard); his stepfather Richard Rollins; his brother Willard "Duke" Smith III; and his pet Samson. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Ann Patten; his children, Claude Danforth (Colleen) and Angel Lavoie; his half-brothers, Mark Patten and Patrick Patten; his brother-in-law Gary Danforth; his niece Emily; and his half-brothers, Fictive Kin Shawn Tibbits and Father Claude "Sunny" Burton Patten II (Norma). He is also survived by three grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Bayside Cemetery (1345 Union Ave, Laconia, NH 03246).
