He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Phelps and Virginia Phelps (Weston); his son Dennis Phelps; and his brother Karl Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Winnifred Phelps; his children, Michael Phelps (Dawn), James "Jim" Phelps (Lisa), Kimberly Lacasse (Scott) and Jennifer Mooney (Dario Carrara); his daughter-in-law Shelley Phelps; and his great grandchild Bumpa.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made in Clinton's name to the Dennis Phelps Memorial Scholarship, 14 Country Club Road Suite 9, Gilford, NH 03249.
