He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernand Bourque and Rachel Bourque (Lasalle); his in-laws, George and Shirley Chadwick (Scheipers); and his sister-in-law Sharon Forgetta (Chadwick).
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl (Chadwick); his children, Naomi of Kennebunk, ME and Shayne (Lily Caroline); his grandson Cannon of Laconia; his pets, Wolfeboro (Wolfe), Meredith (Merry), Diane Clark (Steve) of Peterborough, NH and Linda Bourque of Gilford, NH; his siblings-in-law, George Chadwick (Robyn) of Derry, NH, Bonnie Adolt (Sam) of Windham, NH and Tony Forgetta of Methuen, MA; his aunt Lorene Bourque of Virginia; Donna Mohan (Tom) of Pocasset, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
