He was predeceased by: his brother William; and his parents, George O'Neill and Mildred O'Neill. He is survived by: his significant other Julianna O'Rourke O'Neill; his sons, William and Joshua; his grandchildren, Adaline and Olivia; and his brothers, George, Daniel, Robert and James.
