She was predeceased by: her parents, Athur Cusick, Sr. and Patricia Cusick (Landrigan); and her sister Kathy Dempsey. She is survived by: her siblings, Arthur Cusick, Jr., Trisha Weatherbee, Ann Marie Flynn, Maureen Hannah, Mary Lou Dilworth, Paulette Amisano and Karen Dempsey Harnett. She is also survived by eight nieces and eight nephews.
