She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Hazen, Sr. and Shirley Hazen (Towle); and her sisters, Marilyn Hurd and Gloria Thisell. She is survived by: her daughter Lorretta Sikoski (Craig); her brothers, Howard Hazen, Jr. and Kenneth Hazen; her grandchildren, Shawn Bourdon (Alexandra), Adam Sikoski and Lauren Sikoski; and her great grandchildren, Eva, Sam and Lucy Bourdon.
