She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Henry Clark and Lydia Clark (Leman); and her former husband Charles Richard McNutt. She is survived by: her siblings, Elineor and Janet; her children, Brenda, Brian, Barry, Blair, Beth and Bridget; and her husband Gerald O'Neil. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; forty-one great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made in Ellen's name to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
