He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Keith Martindale and Lorena Bell Martindale (Brubaker); and his sister Sharon. He is survived by: his wife Mary Martindale; his grandchildren, Jacob Martindale (Sarah), Mary and Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Emma and Henrae. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
