He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Horn and Madeline Horn (Dube); his wife Yvonne; his son David Horn; his brother Robert Horn (Jean); his nephew Michael Horn; his sister-in-law Lorraine Walker (Raymond); and his nephew Dennis Walker.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Horn (Donna) of Norwood, MA, Kevin Horn (Kim Birrell) of Helena, MT and Patricia Horn (James Kean) of Hampton, NH; his grandchildren, Katherine Horn and Michael Horn of Norwood, MA; his nieces, Janet Gilman (David) of Sanbornton, NH and Sandra White (Donald) of Alton, NH; his foster daughter Wanda Morin (Leo) of Sanford, NC; and also, Matthew, Mark and Heather.
