He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Storrs and Lou Storrs (Hardy). He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Vicki Cook (Tom) of Rochester, NH, Traci Carvalho (Marc) of Rochester, NH and David (Kim) of Bedford, NH.; his sister Florence Sigman of Mississippi; his grandchildren, Evan Cook (Katie), Kristyn Nereson (Brian), Kylie Boulton (Matt), Aaron Carvalho and Madison Tkalcic (Cam); and his great grandchildren, Maya, Willia, Hudson Cook, Teddy, Simon, Vera, Louis Nereson, Lily and Charlotte Carvalho. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations in Joe's name be made to Granite VNA, 30 Pillsbury Street, Concord, NH 03301.
