He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kaczowka and Victoria Kaczowka (Wojtyto). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Kaczowka (Hallquist); his children, Linda S. Ugenti (Mark) of Roslyn, NY, Patricia A. Lofthouse (Robert) of Kansas City, KS and John S. Kaczowka (Jamie) of Newark, DE; and his sister Stasia Sweeney of Attleboro, MA. He is also survived by many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
