He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mack and Josephine Mack (Altman). He is survived by: his wife Helen "Ree" Healey; his sons, Daniel Mack (Rosemary) of Laconia, NH and Michael Mack (Gina) of Springfield, MA; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Collin, Ryan and Brendan; his great grandchildren, Rozalyn, Braydi, Violet, Patick, William and Greyson; Marc Weintraub (Amy), Caroline, Jeremiah, Bill, Sue Makin, Dick, Roxanne and Jeff Marks. He is also survived by nephews and several nieces.
