He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fogg and Virginia Gibbs (Hill); his son Kenneth R. Fogg; his siblings, Alvin Gibbs, Randy Gibbs and Barbara Smith; and his uncle Glenwood "Blakie" Hill.
He is survived by: his sisters, Rosalee Schoenewald and Eilene Gibbs; and his aunt Shirley Hill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
