He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Stage; his daughter Mary; his granddaughter Ariel Stage; and his siblings, Bill Holstine, Howie Holstine, Mary Moore and Bonnie Reeves. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
