He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Goyette and Leonide Goyette (Dulac); his siblings, Maurice Goyette and Rita Goyette; and his grandson Christopher Goyette.
He is survived by: his wife Claudia Goyette (Sharps); his children, Audrey Goyette, Brian Goyette (Kathy Labrecque) and Steven Goyette (Tricia); his grandchildren, Ashlee Goyette, Hayley Goyette, Garret Goyette, Jillian Goyette and Melody Goyette; his great grandchild Everlee Gonthier; and his sibling's children, Joseph Goyette, Paul Goyette and Cheryl Baer.
