He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Phelps (Akerman); his children, Paula Phelps-Fernandez (Manuel) of Laconia and Christopher (Kimberly) of Salisbury, CT; his grandchildren, Daniel Fernandez, Triana Perez, Bailey Campbell (Phelps) and Ryan Phelps; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Laker-Phelps, Alice Phelps and Russell Beane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
