It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Lakeman (Laconia, New Hampshire), who passed away on August 2, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond B. Lakeman and Juliet G. Lakeman; his wife Claire Lakeman (Guyer); his son Robert Lakeman; and his siblings, Richard Lakeman, John Lakeman and Jacqulin McDonald.
He is survived by: his children, David (Renee), Steven (Darlene), Michael (Heather) and Nancy Dow (Daniel); his daughter-in-law Anne Lakeman; his grandchildren, Shari Bugieda (Jason), Adam Dow, Hannah Dow, Kristina Lakeman (Jay Beaudoin), Robert Lakeman III, Jennifer Lakeman-Davis (Eric Davis), Patrick Lakeman (Makayla), Raymond Hodges, Krystal Cormier and Jason McLaughlin; and his great grandchildren, Zack Lehneman, Zoe Magdich, Claire Dow, Hallie Ricker, Samara Hodges, Alora Hodges, Brooklyn McLaughlin and Justin Cormier.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andre Bessette Parish - Sacred Heart (291 Union Ave, Laconia, NH 03246).
