He is survived by: his wife Dolores Boulanger (Bukala); his daughters, Robin Lowrey (James) and Deborah Boulanger; and his grandchildren, Shelby, Amanda, Heather and Kimberly. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
