She is survived by: her friends, Judy Cook of Gilford and Sandy Bruhn of Granby, Connecticut.; her husband Michael Fogarty; her sons, Daniel Fogarty of Grand Rapids and Matthew Fogarty of El Paso, Texas; her siblings, Terry Carter of Odessa, Missouri, Mary-Ellen Richardson (Mark Richardson) of Gilford, NH, Ann Rush of Topeka, Kansas, Kathleen Carter of Concord and Lisa Carter of Sanbornton; her goddaughter Julie Lightcap; her nephews, Justin Carter and Nicholas Richardson; and her niece Kimberley Richardson. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
