He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ahlquist (DeRosa); his children, Wayne Alquist Jr. (Colleen), Michelle Ahlquist (Richy Pasuy), Jason Ahlquist (Dara) and Danielle Barreira (Nate); his grandchildren, Anthony Donahue, Maxwell Donahue, Alannah Ahlquist, Kaylee Pasuy, Mia Pasuy, Madison Ahlquist, Remington Barreira and Nathaniel Barreira Jr.; his nieces, Heidi Leva and Lisa Aylward; and his nephew Ronnie Ahlquist Jr..
