He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Jeane Russell-Gallivan. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Gallivan and Maryann Gallivan (Whitmore); his stepchildren, Nicholle Ashley LeBlanc (Ryan) of Kennebunk, ME, Robert Russell of Arundel, ME, Tim Branco (Jessica) of Chester, NH and Joseph Edward Branco (Joshua Sanchez) of New York, NY; his grandchildren, Maeve, Emma and Zachary; his pet Daisy; and also John Gallivan (Jennifer) of Arden, NC.
