He is survived by: his wife Edith S. Grout of Alexandria; his children, William Jr. (Jacqueline) of Ft. Meyers, FL, Stephen (Joyce Rogers) of Saugus, MA, Catherine Barber (Edward) of Bristol and Mable Jackson (Vann) of Ocala, FL; his grandchildren, Matthew Barber (Tracey), Maggie Grout, Kimberley Grout, William Grout and Justine McDaniel; his grandchildren-in-law, John Decoulos, Candace Connor and Adan Scarpetta; and his great grandchildren, Naomi Barber, Jacob Nadreau, Patrick Dunn, Aurora Grout, Ember Grout, Kyle Decoulos and Cody Decoulos.
