He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Smith; his friend Cuda; his sons, Christopher and Jeffrey Jr.; his sister Lisa Smith (Nathan); his son Joseph Seeley (Alexandra); his sibling's children, Isabella, Rosalynn and Christopher Seeley (Megan); his grandchildren, Archer and Emmett; his nephew Jeffrey Smith Jr. (Deric Valdez); his sibling's children, Stephanie Wallace (Gooden) and Bryan Gooden; Luka Smith-Valdez.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home (210 Main St, Lancaster, NH 03584).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to a charity of choice in Jeffrey's honor.
