She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Goodwin (Pratte) and Otis "Pop" Goodwin; and her brother-in-law Robert "Stan" Fillian. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Max McKay, Ava and Sawyer McKay; her husband Doug Howland; her daughters, Christina Howland (Bob McKay) and Katie Podolsky (Josh); and her siblings, Donald O. Goodwin (Debra) and Denise "Dee" Fillian. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Family Church (200 78th Ave NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33702). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (2 Hough St, Lebanon, NH 03766). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites friends and loved ones to honor Debbie's memory by making a contribution toward the care of Aleta, a dolphin at the Dolphin Research Center in the Florida Keys.
