Eric M. Dion Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric M. Dion of Lebanon, New Hampshire, who passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Eric farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Eric is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his nephew Konner Douglas Dion. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Dion (Pete) and Carol Emory Dion of Newport, NH; his fiancée Tammy Goyette of Lebanon, NH; his son Logan Dion (Taylor Gravelin) of Thetford, VT; his brothers, Richard Dion II of Newport, NH and Jay Dion (Dawn) of Bellows Falls, VT.; and his stepchildren, Jordan Boucher and Krystal Merz. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the South Congregational Church (20 Church St, Newport, NH 03773). A reception will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the same location.
