He is survived by: his sister Kimberly Cook (Mike) of Lebanon; his nephews, Joshua Flanders (April) and Zachary Flanders (Heather); and his great-nephews, Jaxson Flanders, Carlton Flanders, Beckett Flanders and Alexander Flanders. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Upper Valley Humane Society, a cause that was close to Mike's heart.
