He was predeceased by : his sister Pamela; and his daughter-in-law Laurie Skinner. He is survived by : his wife Pam; his sons, Jeffrey Skinner (Jennifer) of Coventry, CT, Colin Skinner (Katie) of Hartland, VT and Ryan Skinner (Julie Sanderson) of Bethel, VT.; and his grandchildren, Sam Skinner, Evan Skinner and Evelyn Skinner.
