He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis E. Brown, Sr. and Alice Brown (Day); his wife Constance Brown; and his daughter Beth Chesley. He is survived by: his children, Hugh Brown (Janet) and Diane Collins (Mark). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
Willis also volunteered his time at the Bishop Store House for their Church, and by knitting and donating blankets, hats, and scarves for CHAD and the homeless.
