He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Chase and Frances Bradley Chase; and his stepdaughter Evelyn McManus. He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his sons, Bradley, Bernie and Christopher Chase; his grandmother Cordwell; his adoptive daughter Leah Chase; and his stepchildren, Audrey Chadwick, Lee Jewett and Dennis Jewett. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
