He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Russell and Joan Russell (Taylor); and his brother Stephen. He is survived by: his son Stephen Russell of Dover; his fiancée Teri Lashua Dimas of Littleton; his siblings, Ellen Horne (Ernie) of Rochester, Kathy Bryan (Dan) of Naples, ME, Marilyn Sherwood (Bob) of Dover and Thomas Russell (Becky) of Rochester; and his friends, Mary Rhinehardt, Roger LaVault and Judith Syria. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeffry's name are suggested to New Hampshire SPCA, Scouting America New Hampshire or American Heart Association.
