He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Moulton and Jennie Moulton (Sager); and his wife Dayle Moulton. He is survived by: his children, Greta Swisher, Matthew Moulton (Karen Moulton) and Johanna Gould (Jonathan) of Londonderry; his grandchildren, Julianne, Samuel, Andrew, Emily, George, Joseph and Jonathan; and his siblings, Carl Moulton, David Moulton, Marsha Ladeau (Rob) and Jay Moulton (Erika Sweet).
