He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard "Archie" Archibald and Erma Archibald. He is survived by: his wife Susan Philbrick; his brother Willard Archibald, Jr.; and his children, Elizabeth Dean, Lucinda Ziegler, David Archibald and James Archibald. He is also survived by several grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
