He was predeceased by : his parents, Prospere Gionet and Ana Gionet (Poulin); his son Steven Gionet; his grandson Joshua Maciulavicius; and his siblings, Marcel, Raymond, Alphonse, Theresa, Mary Jane, Stella, Anita, Jackie, Pearl, Rita, Mary Ann and Irene.
He is survived by : his wife Evelyn Gionet (Marois); his daughters, Cynthia Kenney (Keith) and Cheryl Caron; his grandchildren, Heather LeBlanc, Miranda Poulin (Craig) and Justin McKeage; his great grandchildren, Jacob McKeage, Logan Poulin and Harrison Poulin; his great great grandchild Violette Poulin; and his siblings, Roland Gionet (Doris), Lorraine Sideris and Shirley Riccio. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and friends.
