He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoria Oneil and Arthur Oneil; and his son Shawn Oneil. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Joseph Oneil of Weare, NH, Stephen Oneil of Bangor, ME, Michael Oneil of Manchester, NH, Luba Wagner of Summerfield, FL, Patricia Provost of Weare, NH and Kathleen Santiago of Manchester, NH; and his sister Barbara. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
Born on January 30, 1937 to Victoria and Arthur Oneil, Bernie made significant contributions to his family and country throughout his life.
