He is survived by: his parents, John Wolak and Doreen Wolak (Ken Pelletier) of Manchester; his wife Patricia Wolak (Zahn) of Brentwood; his brother Nickolas Wolak (Nichole); his nibling Wesson of Manchester; his grandfather Richard Docos; and his stepbrothers, Patrick and Kegan Zahn.
