He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Rackliff Sr. and Marilyn Rackliff (Collins); and his siblings, Brian, Terry, Carol and Judy.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Rackliff (Little); and his children, Carl "Buster" Rackliff III (Bobbi Jo), Justin Rackliff, Everett Rackliff (Audrey), Jesse Rackliff (Katie), Larry Rackliff (Meredith) and Nedra Sylvester (Bill). He is also survived by his 22 grandchildren; and his 11 great-grandchildren.
