He is survived by: his wife Johanne Fontaine Blair; his sisters, Peggy Kingsley of Lebanon and Barbara Lewis of Lumberton; his children, Michael Blair (Heidi Goodrich-Blair) of Knoxville, Tennessee, Jeannie Blair (Chris Dollase) of Newburyport, Massachusetts, Stephen Blair (Mary Tenn) of Manchester and Heather Moss (Brian) of Nottingham; his stepson Steve Fontaine of Manchester; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Blair (Rebecca Lieberman) of Kailua, Hawaii, Alexander Blair (Margaret Parker) of Winooski, Vermont, Matthew Blair, Michael Blair of Manchester, McKenzie Moss, Madelyn Moss and Mathew Moss of Nottingham.
