She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover W. Sparkman and Adeline Belle Gould (Shuman); her brother Dale T. Sparkman of Ogden, UT; her half-brother Grover W. Sparkman Jr. of Portland, OR; and her niece Karie Leigh Branch.
She is survived by: her wife Annette Dube; and her sister Denice L. Newman (Dennis Newman) of Ogden, UT.
