He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Carr and Mary Carr (Ryan); his foster parents, Vietnamese, Duc Nguyen and Thong Nguyen; and his brother John Carr.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Carr of Manchester and Rebecca Carr-Bennett of Bedford; and his grandsons, Dylan and Trevor Bennett. He is also survived by sisters-in-laws, nephews, and nieces.
