She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Lee and Ruth Lee; her sister Nancy Roy Burns; and her husband William Francis Foye (Bill). She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Mulligan (Michael) of Washington State, Coleen Southern (Tom) of New Hampshire and Kathleen Foye Bradley of New Hampshire; and her grandchildren, Erin Mulligan (Carol), Kevin Mulligan (Kasia), Matthew Southern (Chalermkhwan), Katherine LaCourse (Michael) and Patrick Southern (Jenna). She is also survived by her nine great grandchildren.
