He is survived by: his children, Stephen F. Koziatek of Manchester and Marcia Vartanian (Warren) of Merrimack. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

I tried to give you the peace you so much needed concerning the anger of my youth but the 6 page letter was returned to me unopened with the words passed away written on the envelope last year. I knew you had not passed away since there was no obituary. Perhaps the steps to walk through the thorny brambles of the past were just too painful. Rest in God's peace.”
