He is survived by: his wife Margaret Coulter (Hannemann) of Manchester; his children, Lawrence Coulter (Ginette Carpentino) of Manchester, Gerald Coulter Jr. (Linda) of Auburn, Marlene Mcneil (Dale) of Canada and Keith Coulter (Billie Joe) of Newport; and his grandchildren, Trista, Jason and Nicole. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; several siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
