He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Stone and Lucy Stone (Gove); his wife Desneige H. "Dee" Stone (Bourgeois); his siblings, Wanda Elen, Marion Ferguson, Wilbur Stone, Walter Stone and Dora Duperon; and his daughters-in-law, Jo-ann Stone and Pauline Stone.
He is survived by: his children, David Stone of Hillsborough, NH, Janet Connor (Jeremy) of Merrimack, John Stone of Manchester and Susan Follansbee (John) of Manchester. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; many nephews and nieces.
