He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Bailey (Richardson); his children, Michelle Bailey, Keith Bailey, Douglas Bailey, Matthew Bailey and Alan Bailey; and his grandchildren, Kallie, Bryan, Jordan, Tara, Caitlyn, Abigail, Jackson, Ryilee, Addison, Anna, Sam and Ben.
